Good quality, slightly tight threads
The block itself is solid aluminum and feels durable. I had to tap the nozzle thread slightly as it was a bit tight out of the box, but once installed, it works flawlessly.

Perfect fit for my V5 upgrade
This aluminum block fits perfectly into my E3D V5 setup. The machining quality is excellent, and the threads are clean. It heated up evenly and maintained temperature well during a long PLA print.

Great replacement part
My old heater block got stripped, and this was an exact replacement. Installation took less than 10 minutes. No leaks or heat creep issues so far after 50 hours of printing.

Does the job well
Works exactly as expected. It's a simple part, but the precision matters. The holes for the thermistor and heater cartridge are drilled accurately. Lost one star only because shipping took a while.

Excellent value
For the price, you can't beat this. It's a direct drop-in replacement for the standard E3D V5 block. My ABS prints are coming out much more consistent now.

Solid construction
Very happy with the build quality. The anodized finish looks professional, and the thermal conductivity seems improved compared to my previous brass block. Highly recommend for V5 users.

Q: Is this compatible with the E3D V6 hotend?
A: No, this block is specifically designed for the E3D V5 system. The V6 uses a different geometry and mounting style. Please check our store for V6 specific parts.
Q: Does this come with the heater cartridge and thermistor?
A: No, this package includes only the aluminum heater block and the necessary mounting screws. You will need to transfer your existing heater cartridge and thermistor or purchase them separately.
Q: Can I use this with a 0.4mm hardened steel nozzle?
