Perfect replacement for my Vyper
My original hotend started clogging frequently, so I ordered this kit. Installation was straightforward, and the print quality improved immediately. No more under-extrusion issues.

Good value, minor fitting issue
The component works well and heats up evenly. I had to slightly adjust the mounting screws to get a perfect fit on my Chiron, but once installed, it has been reliable.

Fast shipping and great product

Excellent build quality
Feels much sturdier than the stock part. The brass nozzle is high quality, and the thermal paste was already applied correctly. Highly recommend for upgrades.

Works as expected
Solid replacement part. The fan is a bit louder than the original, but the cooling efficiency seems better. Good purchase for the price.
Q: Can I use ABS filament with this hotend?
A: Yes, this hotend can reach temperatures suitable for ABS (around 240-250°C). However, ensure your printer enclosure is adequate for ABS printing.
Q: Does this come with a nozzle wrench?
A: The kit includes the pre-assembled hotend and fan, but it does not include tools like a nozzle wrench. You will need to use your existing toolkit.
Q: What is the length of the heater cartridge wires?
A: The heater cartridge wires are approximately 30cm long, which is sufficient for the cable management chain in both Vyper and Chiron printers.
Q: Is this compatible with the Anycubic Mega S?
A: No, this specific assembly is designed exclusively for the Anycubic Vyper and Chiron models. The mounting geometry differs for the Mega S series.
Q: Is the thermistor replaceable if it fails later?
A: The thermistor is integrated into the heat block assembly. If it fails, we recommend replacing the entire hotend unit for safety and consistent performance.
