Excellent value for money

For the price, you really cannot beat this. It works just as well as the expensive branded versions I have tried before. The M6x40mm size is exactly what I needed.

Solved my heat creep problems

I was experiencing constant heat creep with my old brass tube. Switching to this long heat break completely eliminated the issue. My prints are much cleaner now.

Good quality, slightly long shipping

Easy to install for beginners

Q: Can I use this for printing Nylon?

A: Yes, as long as your hotend heater and thermistor can reach the required temperatures for Nylon, this heat break is capable of handling the thermal load.

Q: What is the maximum temperature this can withstand?

A: The stainless steel construction allows this heat break to safely operate at temperatures up to 300°C, which is suitable for most common filaments like PLA, ABS, and PETG.

Q: Does this come with PTFE tubing included?

A: No, this package includes only the metal heat break tube. PTFE tubing and other components must be purchased separately if needed.

Q: Which length do you recommend for a standard upgrade?

A: The 40mm length is the most common choice for general upgrades to reduce heat creep. However, if you have a custom hotend setup, please measure your existing part to ensure the 30mm or 50mm options are not a better fit.

Q: Is this compatible with Ender 3 printers?

A: This heat break is specifically designed for Makerbot MK8 style hotends. While some Ender 3 models use similar setups, please verify your specific hotend thread size and dimensions before purchasing.
