Good atomization, tight fit
The spray pattern is excellent for vegetable oil applications. It required a bit of force to thread onto the pipe, but once sealed, there are no leaks.

Perfect for my workshop humidifier

Works well but needs precise pressure
It produces a great mist, but you really need to dial in the air pressure correctly. Too low and it drips; too high and it sprays too wide.

Durable and efficient
I've been using this for methanol injection testing. The brass holds up well against the chemical, and the two-fluid siphon action is very consistent.
Q: Is this suitable for high-temperature steam applications?
A: This nozzle is designed for liquid-gas mixing up to 150°C. It is not recommended for pure high-pressure steam systems.
Q: Does this come with mounting hardware?
A: The package includes the nozzle and two sealing rings. Mounting brackets or pipes are not included and must be sourced separately.
Q: How do I clean the nozzle if it gets clogged?
A: You can disassemble the tip gently and soak it in a mild solvent appropriate for the residue, then rinse with water and dry thoroughly.
Q: Can this nozzle handle corrosive chemicals other than methanol?
A: While brass is resistant to many substances, we recommend checking chemical compatibility charts for strong acids or bases before use to prevent degradation.
Q: What is the minimum air pressure required for proper atomization?
A: For optimal fine mist generation, we recommend a minimum air pressure of 20 PSI. Lower pressures may result in larger droplets.
