Good value for money
Works exactly as described. The glow effect is bright after charging under a lamp. Setup was instant via USB. It's a bit messy with plastic strings sometimes, but that's part of the learning process.

Best New Year Gift

Great educational tool
Bought this for my niece to encourage creativity. She enjoys drawing 3D objects now. The only reason for 4 stars is that the filament runs out quickly, so buy extra packs. Otherwise, fantastic product.

Exceeded Expectations

Perfect Birthday Gift!
My daughter absolutely loves this pen. It was the highlight of her birthday party. The glow-in-the-dark feature is magical, and she spent hours making stars and butterflies. Very easy for a 7-year-old to use safely.
Q: Can I turn off the glow-in-the-dark feature if I want normal colors?
A: The glow effect depends on the specific filament used. The kit includes both glowing and standard colored filaments. You can simply switch to a non-glowing filament pack for regular drawing.
Q: How long does the battery last on a single charge?
A: On a full charge, the pen typically operates for about 45 to 60 minutes of continuous drawing, depending on the temperature setting used.
Q: What should I do if the filament gets stuck inside the pen?
A: If filament jams, please heat the pen to the maximum setting, gently push the filament through, or use the reverse button if available. Do not force it while cold. Contact us if the issue persists for a replacement.
Q: Is the nozzle hot enough to burn a child's finger?
A: The nozzle is designed with a low-temperature safety feature suitable for children. While it gets warm to melt the plastic, it is generally safe to touch briefly, though we always recommend adult supervision for kids under 8.
