A: Under normal usage conditions, the single AAA battery can last up to one year. Heavy usage of the backlight or frequent app syncing may reduce this duration.

Q: Is the adhesive strong enough for textured walls?

A: The included adhesive works best on smooth surfaces. For textured walls, we recommend using the optional mounting screw kit or a stronger aftermarket adhesive strip.

Q: Does it work with Apple HomeKit?

A: Currently, this model supports the Qingping app and Xiaomi Home ecosystem. Direct Apple HomeKit integration is not supported at this time.

Q: What is the refresh rate of the display?

A: The E-ink display updates approximately every 10 seconds to ensure accurate real-time monitoring while conserving battery power.

Q: Can this device connect to Wi-Fi directly?

A: No, the Qingping M Version connects via Bluetooth to your smartphone. It does not have direct Wi-Fi capability, but data can be viewed remotely once synced with the app.
