No WiFi? No problem!

This is the best solution for locations without internet access. I use it in a detached workshop, and the 4G signal is strong. The SMS alerts are fast, and I love that I can check the status from anywhere.

A: The device requires a stable 4G LTE connection to transmit data and send alerts. If the signal is too weak in your location, the device may fail to send real-time alarms, though it will continue to log data locally until connectivity is restored.

Q: Can I receive alerts via email as well as SMS?

A: Currently, the system supports alerts via SMS text message, automated phone calls, and push notifications through the mobile app. Email alerts are not supported at this time.

Q: How long does the backup battery last during a power outage?

A: The internal backup battery is designed to keep the device running for approximately 4 to 6 hours during a power failure, ensuring continuous monitoring and alert capability.
