Great for hiking stairs
Used this on a recent hiking trip with lots of elevation changes. It stayed in place and reduced the pain significantly when going down stairs. Took off one star because sizing runs slightly small.

Excellent breathability
I sweat a lot during yoga sessions, and this material wicks moisture well. No itching or irritation even after an hour of intense movement.

Good value for money
Compared to other professional braces I've tried, this offers similar stability at a better price point. It helps with my old sports injury during weekend games.

Highly recommended for recovery
My physiotherapist suggested a lightweight brace for my meniscus recovery, and this fits the bill perfectly. It gives me confidence to move without overdoing it.

Invisible under pants
As someone who needs knee support at work but wears slacks, this is ideal. You can't see it under clothing, and it doesn't slide down during the day.

Perfect for my morning runs
I was worried about my meniscus acting up during my 5k runs, but this brace provides just enough support without feeling bulky. The thin design is a game changer.
Q: How do I clean the brace?
A: We recommend hand washing the brace in cold water with mild detergent. Do not bleach or tumble dry; simply hang it to air dry to preserve the fabric's integrity.
Q: Can I wear this while swimming?
A: While the material is water-resistant, we recommend removing the brace before swimming to prevent chlorine damage and ensure it maintains its elasticity over time.
Q: Will this help with arthritis pain as well?
A: This brace is specifically engineered for meniscus support and joint stability during activity. While many users find compression helpful for general discomfort, please consult your doctor for specific arthritis treatment advice.
Q: Does this brace come in different sizes?
A: Yes, the XTEP Knee Brace is available in Small, Medium, Large, and XL. Please refer to our size chart based on your knee circumference for the best fit.
Q: Is there metal reinforcement in this model?
A: No, this is the 'Thin Model' designed for flexibility and comfort. It uses high-tension elastic fibers for support rather than rigid metal hinges, making it ideal for running and stair climbing.
