Good for stretching
My daughter uses this daily for gymnastics stretching. It holds her weight easily. The only reason for 4 stars is the instructions could be clearer.

Sturdy and safe
I was worried about safety with my children using it, but the foam grips are comfortable and the bar doesn't slip. Great addition to our home gym.

Exceeded expectations
Very robust construction. I am 210 lbs and it handles my dynamic movements without any creaking. Best indoor bar I have owned.

Great value, minor adjustment needed
Solid bar for the price. I had to tighten it a couple of times during the first week as it settled, but now it hasn't moved an inch. Good grip too.

No drill required is a lifesaver

Perfect for our family!
We bought this for our kids to do hanging stretches and my husband uses it for pull-ups. It feels very sturdy and was easy to install without damaging our door frame.
