Firm but effective
It is quite firm, which is exactly what I needed for deep tissue massage. It took a few days to get used to the pressure, but now I use it every morning for my back pain.

Perfect for post-run recovery
This foam roller is incredibly sturdy. The solid core design means it doesn't flatten out under my weight like cheaper hollow ones. Great for rolling out tight calves after a long run.

Helps with leg slimming routine
Incorporating this into my leg routine has helped reduce stiffness and improve circulation. It feels very professional grade compared to the soft rollers I used before.

Best investment for home gym
I've tried several rollers, and this EPP material is superior. It holds its shape perfectly and provides consistent pressure. Highly recommend for anyone serious about fitness.

Durable and reliable
Been using this daily for three months and it still looks brand new. No dents or wear marks. The only reason for 4 stars is that it's a bit heavy to carry around.

Great for yoga cool-downs
Use this at the end of every yoga session. The smooth surface is gentle on the skin but firm enough to work out knots in the shoulders and lower back.
Q: How do I clean the foam roller?
A: Simply wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid submerging it in water or using harsh chemicals to preserve the EPP material.
Q: Is this roller suitable for beginners?
A: Yes, while it is firm, beginners can start by using it gently on larger muscle groups like the thighs and gradually increase pressure as comfort improves.
Q: Can this be used on a carpeted floor?
A: Absolutely. The solid core provides enough stability to be used effectively on both hard floors and carpeted surfaces without losing balance.
Q: What is the difference between EPP and EPS foam?
A: EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) is more durable, flexible, and retains its shape better under heavy load compared to EPS (Expanded Polystyrene), which can crack or crumble over time.
Q: Does it come with a carrying bag?
A: This specific model does not include a carrying bag, but its compact size makes it easy to store in a gym bag or under a bed.
