Perfect for my dance workouts
These weights stay put even during high-intensity dance routines. The elastic band is comfortable and doesn't chafe my skin. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add resistance to cardio.

Great value, slight bulkiness
Good quality for the price. They are a bit bulkier than expected when set to max weight, but they don't slide down while running. The velcro is very strong.

Adjustability is a game changer
I love that I can adjust the weight as I get stronger. Started at 1lb and now using 3lbs for my evening jogs. The material feels durable and easy to clean.

Solid training tool
Does exactly what it says. Adds good resistance without restricting movement too much. Would give 5 stars if they came in more color options.

Decent but velcro wears fast
They work well for walking and light jogging. However, after two months of daily use, the velcro isn't as sticky as it used to be. Still usable, just needs extra tightening.

Comfortable for long sessions
Used these for a 45-minute yoga flow and didn't feel any discomfort. The neoprene lining is soft against the skin. Great purchase for home workouts.
Q: Will these slip down during sprinting?
A: When tightened correctly using the hook and loop fastener, they are designed to stay in place during running and sprinting.
Q: What is the maximum weight for a single unit?
A: Each unit can be adjusted up to 5 lbs, providing a total of 10 lbs when wearing both.
Q: Can these be worn on both ankles and wrists?
A: Yes, the design is versatile and fits securely on both ankles and wrists for various exercises.
Q: Is the material sweat-resistant?
A: Yes, the outer nylon and inner neoprene are resistant to moisture and dry relatively quickly after sweaty workouts.
Q: Are the weights removable to change the load?
A: The weights are integrated into the pockets; you adjust the fit via the strap, but the sandbags themselves are not designed to be taken out individually.
