Perfect starter drum for my toddler

Nice look, good sound

Exceeded expectations

Great value for students

The 11-inch student model offers excellent build quality for the price. The aluminum shell gives it a bright tone, and the stainless steel hardware feels durable. I deducted one star only because the snare wires needed a slight adjustment out of the box.

A: The dual-tone finish is baked on for durability. While no finish is scratch-proof, it is designed to withstand normal playing conditions and handling. We recommend using a microfiber cloth for cleaning.

Q: Can I replace the drum heads with standard branded heads later?

A: Yes, absolutely. All Xinbao snare drums use standard sizing, so you can easily replace the batter and resonant heads with major brands like Remo, Evans, or Aquarian.

Q: What is the difference between the 8-inch and 11-inch models besides size?

A: Aside from the diameter and depth, the 8-inch model is tuned specifically for higher pitches suitable for young children, while the 11-inch model features slightly heavier gauge heads for a fuller tone appropriate for students.

Q: Does the 14-inch model come with a carrying case?

A: The drum itself does not include a soft or hard carrying case in the standard package, but we do offer compatible cases separately in our accessories section.
