Great value for beginners

As someone new to sewing, this machine is very forgiving. The instructions could be slightly clearer, but once I got the hang of it, the 16 stitch patterns gave me plenty of options. Sturdy build for the price.

Smooth operation on denim

Compact and powerful

A: This machine uses standard household sewing machine needles, specifically system 130/705 H. We recommend using size 90/14 for general purposes and size 100/16 for heavier fabrics like denim.

Q: Can I use triple-A batteries if there is a power outage?

A: No, the JUKKY fh1216 is designed to operate solely on AC power via the included cord. It does not have a battery compartment or battery backup feature.

Q: Is the overlock function a true serger or just a simulated stitch?

A: The fh1216 features a simulated overlock stitch using a specific zigzag pattern and trim guide. While it provides a finished edge similar to a serger, it is not a dedicated 3 or 4-thread serger machine.

Q: How do I clean the lint from inside the bobbin area?

A: Simply remove the needle plate by unscrewing the two provided screws. You can then use the small brush included in the accessory kit to gently sweep away lint and thread clippings from the bobbin case area.
