Great value for beginners
As someone new to sewing, this machine is very forgiving. The instructions could be slightly clearer, but once I got the hang of it, the 16 stitch patterns gave me plenty of options. Sturdy build for the price.

Smooth operation on denim
I was worried it wouldn't handle thick fabrics, but it sewed through multiple layers of denim without jamming. The motor is quiet and the foot pedal is very responsive. Highly recommend for household use.

Compact and powerful
Love how compact this is on my desk. It doesn't take up much space but feels solid. The overlock feature creates nice finished edges on my quilting projects. Very happy with this purchase.

Perfect for my home projects!
I bought this JUKKY machine to mend clothes and make simple curtains. The overlock function works surprisingly well for a tabletop model. It was easy to thread and the automatic settings save me a lot of time.

Solid everyday machine
Bought this for my daughter who is learning to sew. It's safe, easy to operate, and the automatic functions help her focus on her design rather than the mechanics. A reliable choice for families.

Good but needs manual adjustment
The machine works well overall, but I found I had to manually adjust the tension more often than expected when switching between silk and cotton. Once set up correctly, the stitches look professional.
Q: Does this machine come with an extension table for larger projects?
A: Yes, the JUKKY fh1216 includes a detachable accessory box that doubles as a free arm, and an optional extension table can be purchased separately to support larger fabric pieces.
Q: What types of needles are compatible with this model?
A: This machine uses standard household sewing machine needles, specifically system 130/705 H. We recommend using size 90/14 for general purposes and size 100/16 for heavier fabrics like denim.
Q: Can I use triple-A batteries if there is a power outage?
A: No, the JUKKY fh1216 is designed to operate solely on AC power via the included cord. It does not have a battery compartment or battery backup feature.
Q: Is the overlock function a true serger or just a simulated stitch?
A: The fh1216 features a simulated overlock stitch using a specific zigzag pattern and trim guide. While it provides a finished edge similar to a serger, it is not a dedicated 3 or 4-thread serger machine.
Q: How do I clean the lint from inside the bobbin area?
A: Simply remove the needle plate by unscrewing the two provided screws. You can then use the small brush included in the accessory kit to gently sweep away lint and thread clippings from the bobbin case area.
