Solid performance under load
Using the 1-ton model for smaller pilot reactors. It handles the dynamic loading well during the filling process. The self-checking mounting feature saves a lot of time during maintenance checks.

Perfect for our chemical reactor setup
We installed three of these 3-ton modules on our new reactor vessel. The explosion-proof certification was exactly what we needed for our hazardous zone. Installation was straightforward, and the readings are incredibly stable even with minor vibrations.

Best value for explosion-proof sensors
Compared to other brands we have used previously, these offer excellent value without compromising on safety certifications. The signal output is clean and integrates perfectly with our existing control system.

Great support and product
Had a few questions about the wiring diagram for our specific PLC. The technical documentation was clear, and the support team responded quickly. The module itself works flawlessly in our batch processing line.

Robust build quality
The stainless steel construction feels very premium and durable. We are using the 5-ton version for a large mixing tank. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the cable could be a bit longer for our specific layout, but extending it was easy enough.

Accurate and reliable
After calibrating the system, the accuracy is spot on. We have been running this in a high-humidity environment for two months without any drift in the sensor values. Highly recommend for industrial weighing applications.
Q: Does this module come with the necessary mounting hardware?
A: Yes, each module includes the base plate, top load button, and all necessary high-strength bolts for installation.
Q: Is the 3T version suitable for outdoor use in rainy conditions?
A: Absolutely. With an IP68 rating, the sensor is fully protected against dust and can withstand prolonged immersion in water, making it ideal for outdoor or washdown environments.
Q: Can this be used with a standard 24V DC power supply?
A: Yes, the excitation voltage range is 5-15 VDC. You will need a regulated power supply within this range, often provided by your junction box or indicator, not directly 24V to the cell without regulation.
Q: Do you provide a calibration certificate with the unit?
A: Yes, every unit ships with an individual factory calibration report detailing the error margins and verification data.
Q: What is the lead time for bulk orders of the 5T model?
A: For orders exceeding 20 units, the typical lead time is 2-3 weeks. Please contact our sales team directly for a specific quote and timeline based on your location.
