Solid performance, minor cable stiffness

The load cell itself is very accurate and stable. My only small complaint is that the shielded cable is a bit stiff, making routing in tight spaces slightly difficult. Otherwise, great value for industrial use.

A: Yes, this cantilever beam sensor uses a standard 4-wire configuration and is fully compatible with most industrial junction boxes and weight indicators.

Q: How do I mount this for a tank weighing application?

A: For tank applications, we recommend using three or four of these modules depending on the tank size. Ensure the mounting surface is flat and rigid, and use the included hardware to secure the base while allowing free vertical movement for the load column.

A: The safe overload limit is typically 150% of the rated capacity (Emax), and the ultimate overload limit is 300%. Exceeding these limits may cause permanent damage.
