Reliable and fast shipping
I bought five of these for a robotics club project. All units performed consistently within the specified range. The LED indicator is bright and clearly shows when the threshold is crossed.

Stable performance in humid conditions
Using this in a small greenhouse setup. Despite the humidity, the readings remain stable. The 3-wire option was perfect for my specific wiring constraints. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Perfect for my home automation project
This module works flawlessly with my Arduino setup. The 4-wire configuration provides stable readings, and the calibration potentiometer makes it easy to set the trigger threshold. Highly recommended for DIY enthusiasts.

Great for beginners
As someone new to electronics, I found this module very easy to integrate. The analog output allows for precise monitoring, while the digital output is great for simple on/off control. Instructions could be more detailed though.

Good value, clear documentation needed
The sensor itself is accurate and responsive. I deducted one star because the pinout diagram on the back was slightly faded, but a quick search online clarified everything. Works great as a temperature switch.

Excellent sensitivity
Very sensitive to temperature changes. I used it to monitor a small enclosure, and it triggered the fan exactly when needed. The build quality feels solid for the price point.
Q: How do I calibrate the temperature threshold?
A: There is a blue potentiometer on the board labeled 'DO-ADJ'. Rotate it clockwise to increase the temperature threshold and counter-clockwise to decrease it. Use a heat source and a multimeter or LED indicator to verify the switching point.
Q: What is the difference between the 3-wire and 4-wire versions?
A: The 4-wire version typically includes separate pins for VCC, GND, DO (Digital Output), and AO (Analog Output), allowing for both threshold switching and continuous temperature reading. The 3-wire version usually omits the Analog Output, providing only the digital switch functionality.
Q: Can this module be directly connected to a 5V Raspberry Pi GPIO pin?
A: Yes, the module operates on 3.3V to 5V DC. However, please ensure you connect the DO (Digital Output) pin correctly and consider using a pull-up resistor if your specific application requires it. Always check your Pi's voltage tolerance before connecting.
Q: Is the thermistor replaceable if it gets damaged?
A: The thermistor is soldered directly onto the PCB. While technically replaceable with proper soldering skills and equipment, it is not designed as a user-replaceable component. We recommend handling the sensor head with care to avoid damage.
Q: Does this come with jumper wires included?
A: No, the package includes only the sensor module. Jumper wires and headers are sold separately. This allows users to choose the wire length and type best suited for their specific project enclosure.
