Perfect for my hydroponic setup

This sensor has made monitoring my nutrient solution so much easier. The readings are consistent and match my handheld tester perfectly. The rechargeable battery is a huge plus.

Decent but slow response in cold water

It works fine at room temperature, but I noticed the response time slows down significantly when testing cold pond water. Still usable, just requires more patience.

Convenient but probe needs care

Love the digital readout and the fact that it's wireless. Just remember to keep the probe cap moist when not in use, or the readings drift. Overall very satisfied.

Good value, needs careful calibration

Works well for my aquarium once I took the time to calibrate it properly using standard buffer solutions. Instructions could be clearer, but the hardware itself is solid.

Q: What is the warranty period for this sensor?

A: We offer a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Damage due to improper storage of the probe (drying out) is not covered.

Q: How long does the battery last on a full charge?

A: Under normal usage conditions with the display active intermittently, the rechargeable battery typically lasts between 2 to 3 weeks. Continuous display mode will reduce this duration.

Q: Is this device waterproof or just water-resistant?

A: The probe is fully submersible and waterproof. However, the main monitoring module is water-resistant and should not be submerged; only the probe should go into the liquid.

Q: Does this come with calibration powder or liquid?

A: The package includes the sensor module and probe, but calibration buffers (pH 4.01, 7.00, and 10.01) are sold separately to ensure freshness and accuracy.

Q: Can the probe be replaced if it breaks?

A: Yes, the probe features a standard BNC connector, allowing you to replace it with any compatible glass pH electrode without needing to buy a new module.
