Perfect fit for our Sidel machines
We replaced the old sensors in three of our U23 modules with these. Installation was straightforward, and the calibration stabilized quickly. No errors on the display since installation two weeks ago.

Good value, works as expected
The sensor performs well and matches the specifications of the original part. Delivery took a bit longer than anticipated, but the product quality makes up for it.
Q: Can this be used for measuring oxygen in pure nitrogen environments?
A: This sensor is optimized for measuring trace to ambient oxygen levels (0-25%). It can detect low oxygen in nitrogen, but for ultra-high purity applications, please consult our technical team for specialized sensors.
Q: Is this sensor compatible with the older Sidel U23 models manufactured before 2018?
A: Yes, the OXY-12 Figaro KE-25F3 is designed to be backward compatible with earlier versions of the Sidel U23/1080 analysis modules.
Q: What is the return policy if the sensor fails DOA (Dead on Arrival)?
A: If the unit is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement immediately upon receipt of the defective unit.
Q: How long does the sensor last if stored in the box before use?
A: When stored in its original sealed packaging at recommended temperatures, the shelf life is typically 6 months from the date of manufacture without significant degradation.
Q: Do I need to perform a full recalibration after installing this replacement?
A: While the sensor comes pre-calibrated, we strongly recommend performing a zero and span calibration using standard gases after installation to ensure maximum accuracy for your specific application.
