Seamless integration

Q: Can this be used for measuring oxygen in pure nitrogen environments?
A: This sensor is optimized for measuring trace to ambient oxygen levels (0-25%). It can detect low oxygen in nitrogen, but for ultra-high purity applications, please consult our technical team for specialized sensors.
Q: Is this sensor compatible with the older Sidel U23 models manufactured before 2018?
A: Yes, the OXY-12 Figaro KE-25F3 is designed to be backward compatible with earlier versions of the Sidel U23/1080 analysis modules.
Q: What is the return policy if the sensor fails DOA (Dead on Arrival)?
