Reliable presence detection
I replaced several PIR sensors with these. Unlike PIR, this actually detects when someone is sitting still reading a book. Highly recommended for bathroom lighting.

Excellent value for money
Genuine Hi-Link module as described. The build quality is solid, and the antenna connection is secure. Integration with Home Assistant was straightforward.
Q: What is the difference between this and the non-P version?
A: The '-P' suffix indicates this package includes the external PCB antenna. The core sensor functionality and firmware capabilities are identical to the standard LD2410B.
Q: Does this module require an external antenna?
A: Yes, the HLK-LD2410B-P comes with a separate PCB antenna that must be connected to the IPEX connector on the module for proper operation.
Q: Is this compatible with 3.3V logic microcontrollers?
A: The module operates on 5V input. While the RX pin is 5V tolerant, the TX pin outputs 5V logic, so a voltage divider is recommended when connecting to 3.3V MCUs like ESP8266.
Q: Can I configure the detection distance via Bluetooth?
