Reliable performance
We have been using these sensors for three months now without any issues. The displacement reading is accurate. Only minor point is the manual could be more detailed.
Q: Does it come with the mounting brackets?
A: Yes, the package includes standard DIN rail clips and panel mounting hardware necessary for installation.
Q: Can this operate in high temperature environments near the mold?
A: The module is rated for operating temperatures between -20°C and +70°C. If your environment exceeds this, we recommend adding a heat shield or cooling fan.
Q: How do I calibrate the built-in amplifier?
A: Calibration is done via the two small trim pots on the side of the module. Refer to page 4 of the included user manual for the step-by-step zero and span adjustment procedure.
Q: What is the maximum displacement range this sensor can measure?
A: This specific transmitter module supports ranges up to 500mm. For custom ranges beyond this, please contact our sales team for specialized configurations.
Q: Is this compatible with older injection molding machines from the 90s?
A: Yes, as long as your machine accepts standard 0-10V or 4-20mA input signals, this module should be compatible. Please check your machine's control panel specifications.
