Solid industrial grade sensor
Good build quality and very accurate. We use them for monitoring inventory levels in silos. Documentation could be slightly more detailed regarding mounting torque specifications, but overall a great product.

Best choice for reactor weighing

Robust and reliable

Exceeded expectations

Great precision, minor cable issue
The sensor accuracy is exactly as advertised. We use it for batch weighing in our food processing line. The only reason for 4 stars is that the cable could be a bit more flexible for tight conduit runs, but performance is top-notch.

Perfect for our chemical mixing tanks
We installed four of these load cells under our new reactor tank. The installation was straightforward, and the readings are incredibly stable even with the vibration from the mixer. Highly recommended for industrial weighing applications.
Q: What is the maximum safe overload capacity?
A: The safe overload limit is typically 150% of the rated capacity, and the ultimate overload limit is 300%. However, we recommend operating within the rated range for optimal longevity and accuracy.
Q: Does this come with mounting hardware?
A: The package includes the load cell unit and the shielded cable. Mounting bolts and specific check-mount assemblies are sold separately to accommodate various tank leg sizes and configurations.
Q: How often does this sensor require recalibration?
A: For critical process control, we recommend annual calibration. However, the C3 accuracy class ensures long-term stability. Recalibration frequency may vary based on local regulations and specific usage intensity.
Q: Can I use this with a standard 24V PLC system?
A: Absolutely. The sensor operates with an excitation voltage between 5V and 15V DC. You will need a standard load cell amplifier or transmitter to convert the mV/V signal to a 4-20mA or 0-10V signal for your 24V PLC.
Q: Is this load cell suitable for outdoor use in rain?
