Excellent for prototyping gesture controls

I used this module to build a custom prosthetic hand controller. The raw signal quality is surprisingly clean, and the noise cancellation works well even in a busy lab environment. Setup with Arduino was straightforward.

High fidelity signal acquisition

Perfect for wearable projects

Great sensor, documentation could be better

Q: Can this detect individual finger movements or just whole hand gestures?

A: With proper placement and algorithm tuning, it can detect individual finger flexion. However, for complex multi-finger tracking, multiple sensors may be required for higher accuracy.

Q: What is the operating temperature range?

A: The module operates reliably between 0°C and 45°C. Extreme temperatures may affect battery performance and sensor accuracy.

Q: Does this module come with the electrodes included?

A: Yes, the package includes a set of reusable dry silver alloy electrodes. Replacement pads are also available separately.

Q: How do I clean the dry electrodes?

A: Simply wipe the electrode surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth or an alcohol wipe. Ensure they are completely dry before the next use.

Q: Is there an SDK available for Python?

A: Yes, we provide a Python library compatible with Raspberry Pi and standard PCs via Bluetooth. You can find the repository link in the user manual.
