Easy integration

Accurate and reliable
We replaced an older analog sensor with this digital unit. The noise immunity on the RS485 line is excellent, providing stable data even near heavy machinery. The temperature compensation is spot on.

Good for wastewater treatment
Using this in a small wastewater treatment plant. It handles the varying conductivity levels well. Only minor issue is the cable length could be longer for some installations, but extenders work fine.

Solid build quality
Very robust sensor module. The titanium probe feels durable. Setup took a bit of time to understand the Modbus registers, but the manual was helpful. Works great for monitoring boiler feed water.

A: Yes, the sensor probe is detachable and replaceable. Please contact our support team with your model number to order a compatible replacement probe.
Q: Can I connect multiple sensors to a single RS485 bus?
A: Absolutely. The RS485 interface supports multi-drop networking. You can connect up to 31 devices on the same bus by assigning unique Modbus addresses to each transmitter.
Q: Does this sensor support automatic temperature compensation?
A: Yes, the module includes built-in automatic temperature compensation (ATC) to ensure accurate conductivity and TDS readings across the operating temperature range.
Q: What specific solutions are needed for the 3-point calibration?
A: You will need three standard buffer solutions that cover your expected measurement range, typically low, mid, and high conductivity standards (e.g., 1413 µS/cm, 12.88 mS/cm, and 111.8 mS/cm).
Q: Does this measure water hardness directly?
A: The sensor directly measures Conductivity and TDS. While hardness correlates with conductivity, this device does not calculate hardness directly; you would need to derive it based on your specific water composition ratios.
