Easy swap for beginners

Restored my printer to new condition
My original nozzle got clogged beyond repair after a heat creep incident. Replacing the entire hotend assembly was much faster than trying to disassemble the old one. Prints are back to perfect calibration.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
Switched to the hardened steel nozzle version specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA. The print quality remains sharp even after several spools, and there is no sign of wear on the nozzle tip. Installation on my P1P was straightforward.

Great performance, slightly tricky install
The hotend heats up quickly and maintains temperature very well. I deducted one star only because aligning the fan connector in the tight space of the X1 took some patience. Once installed, it works flawlessly.

Reliable high-temperature solution
I needed a reliable assembly for printing Polycarbonate at higher temps. This unit handles 280°C without any issues. The brass internal components ensure good heat transfer while the outer shell is durable.

Solid build quality
The machining on the hardened steel nozzle is precise. Layer adhesion on ABS prints has improved noticeably. Just make sure you let the hotend cool down completely before swapping to avoid stripping threads.
Q: Does this come pre-calibrated or do I need to run flow calibration?
A: While the hardware is precision-made, we strongly recommend running the standard flow rate calibration and vibration calibration in the printer settings after installation to ensure optimal print quality.
Q: What is the warranty period for this replacement part?
A: This replacement hotend assembly comes with a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper installation or user error is not covered.
Q: Can I use this nozzle with abrasive filaments like Glow-in-the-Dark PLA?
A: Yes, if you select the Hardened Steel nozzle option included in this assembly. It is specifically rated for abrasive materials that would quickly wear down a standard brass nozzle.
