Low power dream
Using this for a battery-powered label maker. The fact that it holds the image without power is a game changer. The red ink is vibrant and distinct.

Great screen, slow refresh
Image quality is crisp and the colors pop nicely. Just remember that e-ink is not for video; the refresh rate is slow as expected for this technology. Works flawlessly with my Arduino setup.

Nice addition to my retro console
Added this to a handheld emulator build. It gives a unique paper-like feel to the menu system. Not for gaming action, but perfect for static interfaces.

Good but requires careful wiring
The display works well once connected, but beginners should be careful with the 3.3V vs 5V logic levels. I almost fried my Pi before checking the wiki. Once sorted, it looks amazing.

Excellent documentation
Waveshare always provides great wikis and code examples. I had this running in under an hour. The red accent color adds a nice professional touch to my dashboard display.

Perfect for my weather station project
The red/black/white contrast is excellent and very easy to read outdoors. Setup with Raspberry Pi 4 was straightforward using the provided Python libraries. Highly recommended for IoT displays.
