Good product, steep learning curve
The hardware is solid, but if you aren't familiar with API integration, the initial setup can be daunting. Once configured, the call statistics are very detailed and useful.

Excellent SDK support
As a developer, I appreciate the robust SDK. It allowed us to build custom call statistics dashboards easily. The incoming call IR0 detection is instant, triggering our screen pop-ups immediately.

Reliable daily driver
We use this for customer management and tracking incoming calls. It hasn't crashed once in three months. The only minor issue is that the USB cable could be a bit longer.

Great hardware, setup takes time
The recording quality is crystal clear, and it handles our landline desk phones without any static. Setting up the secondary development kit required some IT knowledge, but once running, it's very stable.
Q: Is the SDK free to use for commercial projects?
A: The SDK is included with your purchase of the hardware. You are licensed to use it for developing internal tools or commercial applications related to your recorded calls.
Q: Does this device work with Mac OS?
A: Currently, the T0 model and its SDK are optimized for Windows 10/11 and Linux environments. Native Mac OS support is not available at this time.
Q: How many simultaneous lines can one box handle?
A: This specific USB model is designed for single-line recording. For multi-line setups, you would need to deploy multiple units or contact us for our enterprise gateway solutions.
Q: Does the pop-up screen work with Salesforce?
A: While we do not have a direct native plugin for Salesforce, our open API allows you to build a custom integration to trigger pop-ups within Salesforce or any other web-based CRM.
Q: Can I record both sides of the conversation clearly?
A: Yes, the device is designed to capture high-quality audio from both the caller and the receiver on standard landline and desk phone connections.
