Works well but driver issues on older OS
Great device for Windows 10, but I had trouble getting the drivers to recognize the box on an old Windows 7 machine. After contacting support, they sent an updated driver that fixed it. Recording quality is good.

Good hardware, software needs patience
The recording quality is crystal clear on all four channels. However, configuring the database path in the software took me a little while to figure out. Once set up, it has been running stable for three months without crashing.

Perfect for our small office setup

Excellent value for money
Compared to other 4-channel recorders on the market, this is very affordable. It does exactly what it says: records four lines via USB. The WAV files are easy to export and play in any media player.

Solid build, clear audio
The unit feels sturdy and doesn't overheat even after running 24/7. Audio clarity is impressive; you can hear both sides of the conversation clearly. Would give 5 stars if the software UI was a bit more modern.
Q: Can I save recordings directly to a network drive?
A: Yes, the included software allows you to configure the storage path to a local hard drive or a mapped network drive for centralized storage.
Q: What happens if the PC goes to sleep mode?
A: Recording will stop if the PC enters sleep or hibernate mode. We recommend adjusting your Windows power settings to keep the computer awake while the recording software is running.
