Good hardware, app needs updates
The telephone itself is fantastic with great battery life and clear audio. However, the mobile app occasionally disconnects on Android and requires a restart. Support was helpful, hoping a software update fixes this soon.

Great features, slightly complex setup
The call recording quality is excellent and the sound clarity on both ends is crisp. It took me about 20 minutes to figure out the app pairing, but once it was done, it has been rock solid. The base station feels very premium.

Solid choice for hybrid work
Does exactly what it promises. Connects my iPhone to my desk seamlessly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the instruction manual could be more detailed regarding the advanced recording settings.

Perfect bridge between mobile and landline

Best upgrade for our small business

Excellent sound quality
I have hearing difficulties and this phone offers the clearest audio I have experienced in a landline. The volume controls are easy to reach and the display is large enough to read easily. Very satisfied with this purchase.

A: This device is designed primarily for standard analog landline connections and Bluetooth mobile syncing. While it may work with some VoIP adapters that provide an analog port, we do not officially guarantee compatibility with specific VoIP providers.
Q: Can I transfer contacts from my phone to the base station?
A: Absolutely. Once paired via Bluetooth, you can sync your mobile contacts to the base station, allowing you to search and dial directly from the telephone keypad or screen.
Q: Does the app work on iOS and Android?
