Great hardware, manual could be better
The recording quality on the AR100 is excellent. The voicemail box feature on the AR120 is a nice bonus. I deducted one star because the instruction manual was a bit confusing regarding SD card formatting.

Works well but bulky
Functionality is solid and it does exactly what it says. However, the unit is slightly larger than I expected, so it takes up a bit of room on my nightstand.

Reliable for documentation

Best standalone recorder I've found
After trying three different brands, this is the only one that didn't require constant rebooting. The integration between the recorder and the voicemail box is seamless.

No computer needed is a huge plus
I love that this runs independently. I can just pull the SD card out once a week to backup files. It saves so much desk space compared to software solutions.

Perfect for my office phone line
I needed a way to record customer orders without tying up my computer. This device works flawlessly. Setup took less than 10 minutes, and the sound quality is crisp.
