A: The high-temperature nylon is very durable. Under normal usage, it can last for several months. You should replace it if you notice visible wear or reduced cleaning effectiveness.
Q: Does this work with third-party filaments?
A: Yes, the wiper is effective with most standard filaments including PLA, PETG, ABS, and TPU from various manufacturers, not just official Bambu Lab filaments.
Q: Can I install this while the printer is warm?
A: We strongly recommend installing or removing any accessories only when the printer is completely cool to avoid burns and ensure proper fitting.
