Great quality, needs higher temp
The build quality is excellent and threads fit perfectly on my V6 hotend. Just remember to increase your printing temperature by about 10 degrees compared to brass nozzles.

Good value for money
We bought a batch for our office printers. They hold up well under continuous use. One unit had slightly rough threading but still installed fine with care.

Solved my clogging issues
I was constantly clogging with wood-fill filament. This long nozzle with the universal fit solved the problem immediately. Highly recommended for specialty materials.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
This hardened steel nozzle handles carbon fiber PLA without any wear after 500 grams of printing. The tri-flow design seems to improve layer adhesion significantly.
Q: What is the maximum safe operating temperature?
A: The hardened steel construction allows for safe operation up to 450°C, making it suitable for high-temperature engineering filaments.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the Creality Ender 3 stock hotend?
A: This nozzle is designed for E3D V6 style hotends with M6 threads. The stock Ender 3 uses an M5 thread, so you would need an adapter or a different hotend assembly to use this.
Q: Does the tri-flow design require specific slicer settings?
A: No specific slicer profile is required. However, due to the material and flow dynamics, we recommend increasing the printing temperature by 5-10°C for optimal flow.
Q: How does the length compare to a standard nozzle?
A: This is a 'Long' version nozzle, extending approximately 5mm further than the standard length to reach into deep recesses or specialized heat breaks.
Q: Can I use this with flexible TPU filament?
A: Yes, the smooth internal bore works well with flexible filaments like TPU, provided your extruder can handle the material flexibility.
