Solved my clogging issues

Best investment for my printer

Solid performance for production
We run our P1S printers almost 24/7. This assembly holds up well under continuous load. The cooling fans are quiet yet effective. Just ensure you calibrate the flow rate after installation.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel assembly specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA, and it has been flawless. The temperature stability is excellent, and installation on my X1-Carbon took less than 10 minutes.
Q: Do I need to perform a flow calibration after installing?
A: Yes, it is highly recommended to run a flow rate calibration in the printer settings after installing any new hotend assembly to ensure optimal print quality and dimensional accuracy.
Q: Does this come with a silicone sock?
A: Yes, the package includes one high-temperature silicone sock to help maintain thermal stability and protect the heater block.
Q: How often should I replace the nozzle?
A: With standard brass nozzles, replacement is frequent when using abrasive materials. With this hardened steel nozzle, you can expect significantly longer life, often lasting through several kilograms of abrasive filament before needing replacement.
Q: Can I use this for printing pure metal filaments?
A: While the nozzle is hardened steel, we do not recommend printing pure metal filaments that require sintering ovens. It is ideal for composite filaments like carbon fiber, glass fiber, and wood-filled plastics.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab A1 mini?
A: No, this TZ2.0 assembly is specifically designed for the X1, X1-Carbon, P1P, and P1S models. It is not compatible with the A1 or A1 mini series due to different mounting mechanisms.
