Best nozzle for the price
Compared to other brands, this offers the best precision for the cost. My extrusion lines are much cleaner now.

Great for office prototyping
We use this in our office lab for rapid prototyping. It handles both PLA and PETG without clogging. Very reliable component.

Solid performance
Does exactly what it says. The transition between filament sizes is smooth. Took off one star because the packaging was a bit flimsy.

Perfect fit for my custom extruder
This nozzle fits perfectly on my 8mm screw setup. The flow is consistent and the build quality feels very solid. Highly recommended for DIY projects.

Good value, minor threading issue
Works well overall. I had to tap the threads slightly to get it to sit flush on the 12mm adapter, but once installed, it performs great.

Excellent durability
I've been running abrasive filaments through this for weeks with no signs of wear. The hardened steel really makes a difference.
Q: How do I clean clogs from this nozzle?
A: We recommend heating the nozzle to the filament's melting point and using a brass brush or cold pull method. Avoid using metal picks that could scratch the interior.
Q: What is the lead time for bulk orders?
A: For orders exceeding 50 units, please contact our sales department directly. Standard bulk processing time is typically 3-5 business days.
Q: Is this compatible with ABS filament?
A: Yes, this nozzle is rated for temperatures up to 300°C, making it fully compatible with ABS, PLA, PETG, and other common thermoplastics.
Q: Can I use this with a 10mm screw?
A: This specific model is designed strictly for 8mm or 12mm diameter screws. Using it with a 10mm screw may result in improper sealing or alignment.
Q: Does it come with a wrench for installation?
A: The package includes the nozzle and mounting adapter only. You will need to use your own standard M6 wrench for installation.
