The mesh quality is good, but my custom logo came out slightly smaller than requested. Support team was helpful in resolving it for the next order though.

Excellent detail resolution
I use these for fine art prints on paper. The 230 count mesh captures incredible detail in my graphic designs. Highly recommend for artists.
Q: Does this come pre-coated with emulsion?
A: No, these plates are sold uncoated to ensure maximum shelf life. You will need to apply your own photo emulsion before exposing your design.
Q: Can I reorder just the mesh if the frame breaks?
A: Currently, we sell the mesh and frame as a unified unit. However, we offer a recycling program where you can send back old frames for a discount on new full units.
Q: Is the aluminum frame resistant to rust?
A: Yes, the frames are made from anodized aluminum alloy which is highly resistant to rust and corrosion, even with frequent exposure to water during cleaning.
Q: Can I use water-based ink on this mesh plate?
A: Yes, this polyester mesh is fully compatible with water-based, solvent, and plastisol inks. Just ensure you clean the screen immediately after use with water-based inks to prevent clogging.
Q: What is the turnaround time for custom graphic templates?
A: Standard customization takes 3-5 business days. Rush orders are available for an additional fee and can be completed within 24 hours.
