Lasts much longer than brass
My old brass nozzles would degrade within a few prints using glow-in-the-dark filament. These hardened steel ones are still going strong after months of heavy use. Worth every penny.

Essential upgrade
If you are serious about 3D printing with engineering materials, this is an essential upgrade. The heat resistance is exactly as advertised, and my prints look cleaner than ever.

Good value pack
Getting five nozzles in a pack is great value. I keep one as a spare. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the packaging was a bit loose, but the product itself is fine.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to these hardened steel nozzles specifically for printing with carbon fiber PLA. They have held up perfectly without any signs of wear after several spools. Highly recommended for anyone moving beyond standard PLA.

Consistent flow rate
Very impressed with the consistency of the extrusion. The internal polish seems to prevent clogging, even when printing at higher temperatures with ABS.
Q: What is the exact inner diameter tolerance?
A: The inner diameter is manufactured with a tolerance of +/- 0.02mm to ensure precise extrusion control.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the Ender 3 Pro?
A: Yes, this nozzle features a standard M6 thread which is fully compatible with the Ender 3 Pro and most other printers using V6 style hotends.
Q: Do I need to change my slicing temperature settings?
A: You typically do not need to change temperature settings. However, because steel conducts heat differently than brass, you might find slightly better results increasing the temperature by 5-10°C depending on your material.
Q: Are these nozzles pre-assembled or sold individually?
A: These are sold as individual nozzle tips. You will need to unscrew your current nozzle and install this one using a wrench while the hotend is warm.
Q: Can I use this for printing pure copper filament?
A: While hardened steel is durable, pure metal filaments can be extremely abrasive. We recommend checking your specific filament manufacturer's guidelines, but generally, these nozzles handle metal-infused filaments well.
