Solid performance upgrade
Works exactly as described. The cooling fans are quieter than my old assembly. It handles PETG very well without oozing. Good value for the price.

Great quality, fast shipping
The build quality feels solid. I appreciated that it came pre-calibrated. Took off one star because the included screws were slightly different than my stock ones, but I had spares.

Perfect drop-in replacement
My original hotend started clogging frequently after six months. This upgrade installed in under 15 minutes and has been printing flawlessly ever since. The temperature stability is noticeably better.

Solved my heat creep issues
The improved heat break design on this new upgrade really works. I can now print PLA at lower speeds without the filament softening too early in the tube. Highly recommended for CR-6 SE owners.

Easy installation for beginners
I was nervous about replacing the hotend myself, but the instructions were clear and the fit was perfect. My prints look sharper now with better layer adhesion.
Q: Do I need to level the bed again after installing this?
A: It is highly recommended to perform a fresh bed leveling procedure after replacing the hotend to ensure the first layer adhesion is perfect.
Q: What is the maximum temperature this hotend can safely reach?
A: The assembly is rated for continuous operation up to 260°C, which is suitable for most common filaments including ABS and Nylon.
Q: Can I use this with 1.75mm wood-filled filament?
A: Yes, it supports 1.75mm filaments. However, for abrasive materials like wood-fill, we suggest swapping the standard brass nozzle for a hardened steel one to prevent wear.
Q: Is this compatible with the non-SE version of the CR-6?
A: No, this assembly is specifically designed for the CR-6 SE model due to differences in the mounting bracket and connector layout. Please check your printer model before ordering.
