Perfect fit for my Neptune 4 Max
This sleeve fits perfectly on my hotend. It keeps the heat contained and I no longer worry about accidentally burning my fingers during bed leveling. Highly recommended.
Q: Does this interfere with the part cooling fan?
A: No, the design includes precise cutouts that ensure full airflow to the cooling fan and heatsink fins.
Q: Can I leave this on while printing ABS at 240C?
A: Yes, the silicone material is rated for temperatures well above 240C, making it safe for ABS, PLA, PETG, and other common filaments.
Q: Is installation difficult?
A: Not at all. Simply slide the sleeve over the nozzle and heater block until it sits flush against the heatsink. No tools are needed.
Q: How do I clean this if it gets dirty?
A: You can wipe it down with a damp cloth once the printer has cooled completely. Do not use harsh chemicals.
Q: Will this fit the original Neptune 4 (non-Plus/Max)?
A: This specific sleeve is designed for the larger heater blocks on the Neptune 4 Plus and Max models. It may be too loose for the standard Neptune 4.
