Solved my heat creep issues
I was constantly battling heat creep with PLA on my old setup. This ceramic block completely eliminated the problem. Highly recommended for anyone pushing their printer to the limit.

Essential for Neptune 4 owners
If you plan to print anything beyond basic PLA, get this kit. The temperature stability is night and day compared to the standard hotend. My layer adhesion has improved significantly.

Solid build quality
Everything fits snugly. The heater block heats up quickly and maintains temperature very consistently. I've printed over 2kg of filament so far with zero issues.

Perfect upgrade for high-temp filaments
This hotend kit made printing ABS and ASA on my Neptune 4 Max a breeze. The ceramic insulation keeps the heat exactly where it needs to be, and the brass nozzle handles the temperature without clogging.

Good value for the price
Does exactly what it says. The brass nozzle is durable and the thermal performance is excellent. Only giving 4 stars because the included thermal paste tube was nearly empty.

Great quality, installation took time
The components feel very premium compared to the stock parts. Installation wasn't too hard but took me about 45 minutes to get everything aligned perfectly. Prints are much smoother now.
Q: What is the maximum safe temperature for continuous printing?
A: While the components can reach up to 300°C, we recommend continuous printing at temperatures up to 280°C for optimal longevity and safety when using materials like ABS or Polycarbonate blends.
Q: Do I need to update the firmware after installing this?
A: Generally, no firmware update is required as the thermistor and heater cartridge specifications match the original equipment. However, always ensure your temperature limits in the slicer match the new capabilities.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Neptune 4 (non-Plus/Max)?
A: No, this kit is specifically designed for the larger frame and mounting points of the Neptune 4 Plus and Neptune 4 Max models. It will not fit the standard Neptune 4.
Q: Can I use this with a 0.6mm nozzle?
A: Yes, the heater block uses a standard M6 thread, so you can swap the included 0.4mm brass nozzle for a 0.6mm or other compatible sizes as long as they are rated for high temperatures.
Q: Does this come with a silicone sock?
A: This specific kit includes the hotend assembly, nozzle, heater block, and thermal paste. A silicone sock is not included in this package but can be purchased separately.
