Reliable for daily printing
Been running this block for three weeks straight on my farm printer. No leaks, stable temps, and the PT100 option gives me the precision I need for engineering materials.

Excellent replacement part
My old heater block corroded after years of use. This MUALPHA replacement looks durable and the NTC100k sensor reads temperatures accurately on my dashboard.

Solid construction
The machining is clean with no burrs. Installation was straightforward. I deducted one star only because the instructions were minimal, but it's easy if you know V6 hotends.

Great value for money
Comes with everything needed for a quick swap. The brass nozzle included is high quality and hasn't shown any wear after printing several spools of PLA.

Good quality aluminum option
I bought the aluminum version for higher temperature filaments. It works well, though it took a little longer to heat up compared to brass. Overall very satisfied.
Q: What is the difference between NTC100k and PT100?
A: NTC100k is a standard thermistor suitable for most general printing up to 250°C. PT100 is a resistance thermometer offering higher accuracy and stability, ideal for industrial or high-temp applications.
Q: Does this kit include the silicone sock?
A: No, this package includes the heater block, nozzle, and thermistor only. The silicone sock is sold separately.
Q: Can I use this with PETG filament?
A: Yes, both the brass and aluminum versions are fully compatible with PETG, PLA, ABS, and other common filaments within their temperature ranges.
Q: Is the nozzle pre-installed in the block?
A: No, the nozzle and heater block are separate components in the box to prevent damage during shipping. You will need to assemble them using a wrench.
Q: Will this work with a Creality Ender 3?
A: Yes, provided your Ender 3 has been upgraded with an E3D V6 style hotend. It is not compatible with the stock CR-10 style hotend without modification.
