Solid performance

No more nozzle erosion
Finally a nozzle that lasts when printing glass-filled nylon. The threading is precise and it seals perfectly against the heat break.

Perfect fit for my A1 mini
Installation was straightforward and the print quality improved immediately. The hardened steel handles abrasive filaments much better than the stock brass nozzle.
Q: Can this handle pure carbon fiber filament?
A: While hardened steel is much more resistant than brass, pure carbon fiber is extremely abrasive. We recommend it for composites like CF-PLA or CF-PETG, but monitor wear regularly for pure fibers.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the original Bambu Lab X1 Carbon?
A: No, this specific assembly is designed exclusively for the A1 and A1 mini series. The X1 series uses a different hotend configuration.
Q: What tools are required for installation?
A: You will need the provided wrench or a standard 7mm socket wrench. Ensure the hotend is heated to about 200°C before removal to prevent damage to the threads.
Q: Does this come with a new silicone sock?
A: No, this package includes only the nozzle assembly. You can reuse your existing silicone sock if it is in good condition or purchase one separately.
Q: Do I need to recalibrate my flow rate after installing this?
A: Yes, it is highly recommended to run a flow rate calibration and potentially re-level the bed after swapping nozzles to ensure optimal print quality.
