Excellent for abrasive filaments
I use a lot of wood-fill PLA and these nozzles handle it much better than the stock ones. The hardened insert seems durable. Haven't seen any wear after 2kg of filament.

Great value pack
Got the 5-pack to try different sizes. The 0.6mm works perfectly for my vase mode prints. One nozzle had slightly rough threads but it still screwed in fine. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Perfect fit for Ender 3
Installed this on my stock Ender 3 V2. Fitment was perfect, no leaks, and the heating block seated correctly. The internal channels really do help melt the filament faster.

Good but requires tuning
The nozzle itself is fine, but you definitely need to recalibrate your extruder steps and flow rate. It pushes too much plastic if you keep old settings. Once tuned, prints look great.

Easy to install
As a beginner, I was worried about changing the hotend parts, but this was straightforward. Came with a small wrench which helped. Prints are smoother now.

Huge upgrade for speed printing
Switched from a standard brass nozzle to this CHT clone and the difference is night and day. I can now print at 80mm/s with PLA without any under-extrusion issues. The flow rate is significantly better.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the Ender 3 S1?
A: Yes, the Ender 3 S1 uses the standard MK8 thread pattern, so this nozzle is fully compatible.
Q: Does the package include a thermal paste?
A: No, thermal paste is not included in this specific accessory pack. We recommend applying a small amount of high-temperature thermal compound during installation for optimal heat transfer.
Q: What is the actual hole diameter tolerance?
A: Our nozzles are machined to a tolerance of +/- 0.02mm, ensuring consistent extrusion widths for high-quality prints.
Q: How does the CHT design improve flow?
A: The CHT (Capricorn High Flow) design splits the filament into three separate channels inside the nozzle, increasing the surface area contact with the heated brass and melting the plastic more efficiently before it exits.
Q: Can I use this with carbon fiber filled PLA?
A: While this is a brass nozzle with a steel insert, we recommend using a fully hardened steel nozzle for continuous printing with highly abrasive carbon fiber filaments to ensure long-term durability.
