Perfect replacement for my A1 mini
My original heating block cracked after a nozzle clog. This Mellow ceramic block fit perfectly and heats up very evenly. The zirconia material seems much more durable than the standard aluminum one.

Works well but pricey
It does exactly what it says and the ceramic material is nice, but I feel it is a bit expensive compared to generic aluminum replacements. Still, peace of mind is worth it.

Excellent thermal stability
I switched to this ceramic block to reduce heat creep issues. It maintains temperature incredibly well even during long prints. Highly recommended for anyone upgrading their A1.

Good quality, slightly tricky install
The part itself is excellent quality and works great with PLA and PETG. Installation took a bit longer than expected because the thermistor wire was stiff, but once installed, no issues.

Great support from seller
I wasn't sure if this would work with my specific firmware version. The seller confirmed compatibility before I bought. Installed easily and printing beautifully now.

Saved my printer
Stripped the threads on my old block and needed a quick fix. This assembly arrived fast and was plug-and-play. No calibration issues afterward.
Q: What tools are required for installation?
A: You will typically need a hex key set (usually 2mm and 2.5mm) and possibly a small wrench to remove the silicone sock and disconnect the fan shroud. Detailed guides are available on our website.
Q: Do I need to perform a flow rate calibration after installing this?
A: While not strictly mandatory, we highly recommend running a flow rate calibration and checking your first layer height to ensure optimal print quality after swapping hotend components.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab A1 Max?
A: No, this specific model is designed only for the A1, A1 mini, and H2D systems. Please check our store for parts compatible with the A1 Max.
Q: Does this come with the heater cartridge and thermistor pre-installed?
A: Yes, this is a complete assembly kit that includes the ceramic heating block, a new heater cartridge, and a thermistor ready for installation.
Q: Can this handle ABS filament temperatures?
A: Absolutely. The ceramic zirconia material can safely withstand temperatures up to 300°C, which is sufficient for ABS, ASA, and other high-temperature filaments.
