Perfect for Carbon Fiber Prints

I switched to this nozzle specifically for printing with carbon fiber filled PLA. My old brass nozzle wore out in two prints, but this bi-metal one shows zero signs of wear after several spools. Highly recommended for abrasive materials.

Great quality, slightly tricky install

The build quality is excellent and the print surface finish is smooth. It took a bit more torque to tighten compared to standard nozzles, so make sure your hotend is very hot before installation to avoid stripping threads. Otherwise, fantastic product.

Consistent Flow Rate

After installing this on my V6 hotend, I noticed much more consistent extrusion. The heat transfer seems superior to my previous all-steel nozzle. No clogs so far after 50 hours of printing.

No more frequent replacements

Solid performance

A: Yes, provided you have a V6 style hotend. The Ender 3 typically uses an M6 thread which fits this nozzle perfectly. If you have the older MK8 style, you may need an adapter or a different hotend setup.

Q: Does this come with a wrench for installation?

A: No, the package includes only the nozzle itself. We recommend using a standard 7mm socket or a dedicated nozzle wrench, ensuring the hotend is heated to at least 200°C before tightening to prevent damage.
