Great for abrasive filaments
I switched to this all-metal nozzle specifically for printing with carbon fiber filled PLA. It has held up much better than brass nozzles which wore out after just a few spools. Highly recommended.

Easy to install for beginners
As someone new to 3D printing, I was worried about changing nozzles. This one came with clear instructions and was very easy to swap out. My prints look amazing now!

Good quality control
Ordered a pack of different sizes. Every single nozzle was machined correctly with no defects. The 0.4mm version is my new daily driver. Took off one star only because shipping took a bit long.

Consistent flow rate
The aperture is very precise, resulting in consistent extrusion. My layer lines are smoother now, and I have fewer clogs. Excellent value for the price.

Durable but requires careful installation
The build quality is excellent and feels very sturdy. Just make sure to tighten it while the hotend is warm to avoid stripping the threads. Once installed, print quality improved significantly.

Perfect fit for my V6 hotend
This stainless steel nozzle fits perfectly on my E3D-V6 setup. The threading is precise, and I haven't experienced any leaks even at higher temperatures. Great upgrade from the standard brass nozzles.
Q: Can I use this with 3.0mm filament if I buy the 1.75mm version?
A: No, you must select the nozzle version that matches your filament diameter. Using a 1.75mm nozzle with 3.0mm filament will cause immediate clogging and potential damage to your extruder.
Q: How does this compare to hardened steel nozzles for abrasive materials?
A: While stainless steel is more durable than brass, hardened steel nozzles offer superior wear resistance for highly abrasive materials like glow-in-the-dark or heavy carbon fiber filaments. However, this stainless steel option is a great middle ground for moderate abrasive use.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the Creality Ender 3 stock hotend?
A: This nozzle is designed for E3D-V5/V6 style hotends with M6 threads. The stock Ender 3 uses a different thread pattern (M5), so you would need an adapter or a specific E3D-style hotend upgrade to use this nozzle.
Q: Does this come with a wrench for installation?
A: No, the package includes only the nozzle itself. We recommend using a standard 7mm socket wrench or a dedicated nozzle removal tool for installation and removal.
Q: What is the maximum temperature this stainless steel nozzle can handle?
A: The stainless steel construction allows this nozzle to safely operate at temperatures up to 450°C, making it suitable for high-temperature filaments like ABS, Nylon, and Polycarbonate.
