Perfect fit for my K1 Max

Great upgrade, minor threading issue

A: We recommend tightening the assembly to approximately 3-4 Nm. Over-tightening may damage the threads, while under-tightening can cause leaks.

Q: Is this compatible with the original Creality K1 non-Max version?

A: Yes, this integrated assembly is fully compatible with both the standard K1 and the K1 Max models.

Q: Does this come with a new silicone sock?

A: No, this package includes only the integrated nozzle and throat tube assembly. The silicone sock is sold separately or can be reused from your existing setup if undamaged.

Q: Can this handle carbon fiber filled filaments?

A: While the copper alloy offers great thermal conductivity, for highly abrasive carbon fiber filaments, we recommend using a hardened steel nozzle variant if available, though many users report success with this unit for low-percentage mixes.

Q: How does this compare to the bimetal throat?

A: This integrated copper design offers superior thermal conductivity for faster melting and better flow rates, whereas bimetal throats are typically designed specifically to prevent heat creep in all-metal hotends without a PTFE liner.
