Solid performance
Been using it for two weeks with glass-filled nylon. No signs of wear on the nozzle tip yet. Deducting one star only because the included wrench felt a bit flimsy.

Essential upgrade for A1 owners
If you plan on printing anything other than standard PLA, get this immediately. It has saved my hotend from wear and tear. Highly recommended for the Bambu Lab A1 series.

Good quality, slightly longer heat up
The build quality is excellent and feels very durable. I noticed it takes a few seconds longer to reach target temperature compared to the brass nozzle, but the durability is worth it.

A: Yes, we highly recommend running a new flow rate calibration and pressure advance tuning in the printer settings after swapping nozzles to ensure optimal print quality.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Bambu Lab X1 Carbon?
A: No, this assembly is specifically designed for the A1 and A1 mini series due to differences in the hotend connector and geometry.
Q: Does the package include a thermal paste?
A: The hotend assembly comes pre-applied with thermal compound at the factory. You do not need to add extra thermal paste during installation.
Q: Can this handle printing at 300 degrees Celsius continuously?
A: The hardened steel nozzle is rated for up to 300°C. However, please ensure your specific filament manufacturer recommends this temperature range before printing.
