Perfect upgrade for my Voron 2.4
This hotend kit was exactly what I needed to switch from printing PLA to abrasive carbon fiber filaments. The all-metal throat eliminates the PTFE tube failure point, and the hardened steel nozzle shows no wear after several spools. Installation was straightforward with clear instructions.

Great quality, minor tuning needed
The build quality is exceptional and feels very robust. I had to tweak my temperature profiles slightly compared to my old brass setup, but once dialed in, the print quality is superb. Highly recommend for anyone looking to expand their material options.

Reliable workhorse
I've been running this hotend continuously for three weeks on a large engineering part print. Zero clogs, consistent extrusion, and the thermal stability is impressive. The integrated throat design makes assembly much cleaner than separate components.

Best value for Voron upgrades
Compared to other brands, this offers the best price-to-performance ratio. The machining tolerances are tight, fitting perfectly into my LDO motor mount. It handles high-temperature ASA prints without any issues.

Solid performer
Very happy with this purchase. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the included thermal paste packet was a bit small, but that's a minor issue. The hotend itself performs flawlessly with flexible filaments as well.

No more clogs!
Switching to this all-metal system solved my recurring heat creep issues. The cooling is efficient, and the hardened nozzle allows me to print composite materials confidently. Excellent product for serious makers.
Q: Is this compatible with a 12V power supply system?
A: This specific kit is designed for 24V systems commonly found in Voron printers. Using it with 12V will result in insufficient heating performance. We offer a 12V version separately if needed.
Q: Can I use this with TPU filament?
A: Yes, the all-metal throat works well with TPU. However, you may need to adjust your retraction settings slightly compared to a PTFE-lined hotend to prevent grinding.
Q: How long is the integrated throat?
A: The integrated throat length is optimized for standard Voron heatsinks, measuring approximately 36mm from the top of the threads to the nozzle seat.
Q: What is the thread size for the nozzle?
A: The nozzle uses the standard M6 thread size, which is compatible with most V6 style hotends and toolheads.
Q: Does the package include a silicone sock?
A: No, the silicone sock is not included in this kit to keep costs down, as many users already have one from their previous setup. It is recommended to use one for temperature stability.
