Perfect upgrade for my Voron 2.4

Great quality, minor tuning needed

Reliable workhorse

Best value for Voron upgrades

Compared to other brands, this offers the best price-to-performance ratio. The machining tolerances are tight, fitting perfectly into my LDO motor mount. It handles high-temperature ASA prints without any issues.

Solid performer

Very happy with this purchase. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the included thermal paste packet was a bit small, but that's a minor issue. The hotend itself performs flawlessly with flexible filaments as well.

Q: Is this compatible with a 12V power supply system?

A: This specific kit is designed for 24V systems commonly found in Voron printers. Using it with 12V will result in insufficient heating performance. We offer a 12V version separately if needed.

Q: Can I use this with TPU filament?

A: Yes, the all-metal throat works well with TPU. However, you may need to adjust your retraction settings slightly compared to a PTFE-lined hotend to prevent grinding.

Q: How long is the integrated throat?

A: The integrated throat length is optimized for standard Voron heatsinks, measuring approximately 36mm from the top of the threads to the nozzle seat.

Q: What is the thread size for the nozzle?

A: The nozzle uses the standard M6 thread size, which is compatible with most V6 style hotends and toolheads.

Q: Does the package include a silicone sock?

A: No, the silicone sock is not included in this kit to keep costs down, as many users already have one from their previous setup. It is recommended to use one for temperature stability.
